Adelinda’s is a Cincinnati business that is on a mission to introduce our community to Filipino culture, starting with the enjoyment of the Pinoy party-time favorite: lumpia.
I currently sell traditional Filipino beef, banana and jackfruit (also known as turon), and buffalo chicken-inspired lumpia in 5 packs. But if you catch me at the market or at an event (post-COVID) you'll see that I also feature rotating flavors from cities all over the world.

I am sad to announce that Adelinda’s Lumpia will be closed, at least temporarily, as my family concentrates on a new priority that will require all of our attention. I appreciate everyone’s support and hope that I achieved my goal of introducing a new found love and respect for Filipino food in Cincinnati. WHAT IS LUMPIA?
Lumpia is a popular Filipino spring roll with various fillings rolled up in extremely thin rice paper. It is a staple at nearly every Filipino gathering. Traditionally, lumpia is filled with pork or beef and/or vegetables. Here at Adelinda's, I create our traditional lumpia. But I've also expanded my menu to include other fun flavors and bring global cultures together for a Filipino culinary experience.

I now sell frozen lumpia that you can pan fry or air-fry at home in 10 minutes or less! I currently carry my Manila, Cebu, and Buffalo in packs of 5 for $10/pack. Please fill out an order form to place an order, or find our Cebu rolls at Madison’s at the Market!

MANILA
Beef or Tofu
The traditional Filipino recipe, with seasoned ground beef, diced carrots, and shredded green cabbage. Beef can be substituted with tofu.
